Join our Small Frys pre-school programme for 4-year-olds.

Help your child make a smooth transition to school.
Small Frys provides our children with a safe and happy environment. They will experience some of the Mellons Bay School routines and begin their learning journey in this class.
Thursday afternoons from 1:30 - 2:45 pm for 8 weeks of each term.

Programme Purpose
To enable your child to start school relaxed and happy.
To begin building a relationship between students, parents and teachers.
To provide the opportunity for parents to become involved in a social group with parents of students starting school at a similar time.
To support parents and children in their preparation for school.
Who should attend:
Any child who is at least four years old.
When it is on:
Thursday afternoon, 1.30pm to 2.45pm, for eight weeks of the school term (not the first or last week).
Where it is:
In a classroom with Mrs Lara Kendall, Deputy Principal.
Parents are welcome to stay and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee in the staffroom with other parents.
Charge:
$160.00 per eight-week term, or $20.00 per session, by arrangement.
Payable term by term in advance.
What is provided in the cost:
A printed t-shirt which is worn to each session.
All stationery, including art materials, pencils, cost of photocopying and shared classroom resources etc.
Enrolling at Mellons Bay School:
A remind you that your child’s enrolment in the Small Fry Learners programme is separate from his or her enrolment at Mellons Bay School. If you have not already completed the school enrolment process for your child, please visit the school office and ask for an enrolment pack.
